The ESCENE UN20 IPPBX is a compact, all-in-one unified communication system that seamlessly connects PSTN, analog devices, SIP trunks, and IP phones. It supports up to 20 IP extensions, 4 analog extensions, 24 SIP trunks, 4 analog trunks, and 24 concurrent calls, making it ideal for growing businesses.

UN20 keeps users always connected through remote extensions, mobile extensions, call forking to mobile phones, call-back services, and SIP-based tie trunks for multi-branch communication. A smart auto attendant (IVR) provides 24/7 call handling with configurable business hours, holiday routing, and VIP call bypass.

Built-in features include voicemail, call recording, FoIP, intelligent call routing, Soft Console (click-to-dial, call history, recording), and internal storage. Advanced VoIP capabilities convert long-distance and international calls into local IP calls, significantly reducing telecom costs.

The system supports plug-and-play deployment, RESTful XML/HTTP APIs, TR-069 and SNMP management, hospitality middleware, and NAT-friendly peer-to-peer SIP communication without static IPs or port forwarding.
