Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes. We deliver countrywide across Kenya. Nairobi orders are delivered by our team, and orders to other towns are sent via trusted courier services.
Do you install CCTV cameras and smart locks?
Yes. Our technicians install and configure CCTV systems, smart door locks, alarms, electric fences, gate automation and access control, including setting up live viewing on your phone. Request a free site survey for a quote.
How can I pay?
You can pay with M-Pesa, cash on delivery, or bank transfer for company orders. Prices are shown in Kenya Shillings; VAT is shown at checkout.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. We are an authorised Dahua partner and an authorised Imou distributor in Kenya, and every product comes with the manufacturer's warranty.
What is your return policy?
Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase if they are in original condition with packaging and proof of purchase. Items that are defective on delivery are replaced. See our Returns page for details.
Which CCTV camera is best for a home in Kenya?
For most homes, 2–4 MP Wi-Fi or PoE cameras with colour night vision and phone viewing work well. Imou cameras are easy to set up yourself, while Dahua systems with an NVR suit larger homes and businesses. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will recommend a package for your property.
