2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Software, downloadable products, or services once activated or used.

3. Return Process

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected and approved.
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days in the original payment method used at purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was damaged or defective upon delivery.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products if the original product is defective or damaged. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or request a refund.
